Robert L. Herskovits is a member of Gusrae, Kaplan, Bruno & Nusbaum PLLC, where he represents broker-dealers, investment advisory firms, and registered individuals in litigation, arbitration and enforcement matters before state and federal regulators and self-regulatory organizations. Robert is routinely hired by broker-dealers and individuals during the investigative phase of a regulatory inquiry in an effort avoid an enforcement action. Robert has substantial experience in prosecuting and defending a wide range of disputes effecting the securities industry including employment disputes concerning raiding, bonuses, employee forgivable loans, and Form U4/U5 disclosure; trading disputes concerning market manipulation and insider trading; and sales practice disputes of every type.
Robert has been an active member of the Securities and Exchanges committee for many years and previously served as Vice-Chair of the committee.
