Join NYCLA's Civil Rights and Liberties Committee for a full day program focusing on key issues involved in civil rights litigation.

  • Non-obvious Aspects of Civil Rights Discovery Practice
  • 8th Amendment Remedies

Afternoon Session

  • Depositions of State and Federal Agents
  • 50-H Hearings
  • Ethical Issues
  • Fee Applications

* A networking cocktail “Jamboree” will take place immediately following the program from 4:30 -5:30 PM
