The Company & Financial library of sources on Lexis.com contains a broad range of business and financial information taken from a wide variety of sources, including Company Profiles and Directories, Corporate Financial Filings, News and Wire Services, Mergers & Acquisition Reports, UCC Filings and more. Participants will learn how to access hundreds of documents including analyst's reports, earnings projections, company profiles, corporate filings, and SEC documents. Users will also learn to retrieve listing of all the companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates of parent companies. Note: CLE certificates will be issued to participants from the LexisNexis offices.
