6:00 -- 9:00 PM NYS Tax Obligations for Businesses Conducting Commerce on the Internet: Gain an overview of the New York State sales tax obligations for New York based businesses engaged in commerce on the Internet. A panel of experts will explore many of the interesting issues and "wrinkles" that arise during the course of the transactions. Faculty:
