A panel of experts will discuss current and historical ethical issues facing the construction industry, as well as provide practical advice for preventing claims and charges, and tips for dealing with investigations and whistleblowers.
Some of the construction fraud issues to be addressed include: bid rigging, product substitution, trust fund diversions, false claims, violations of prevailing wage rates, bribery, kickbacks and embesselment.
