Gain an understanding of the recent developments involving the CPLR, including recent decisions of note, ethical issues and emerging areas of the law. Emphasis will be placed on such developing areas as social networking, preservation and spoilage, cameras in the courtroom, disclosure, experts, witness fees, privilege … and more.
