Course Description:

This 4 evening program is especially designed for newly admitted attorneys. Attend all 4 sessions and earn your first or second year required MCLE credits. Or, mix and match the sessions that meet your needs.

Session A: Recent Cases Dealing with Cyberlaw: Stored Communications Act, Civil and Government Subpoenas, e-Discovery and Best Practices --Sept. 13: 3 PP; 1 Skills

Session B:  Myths of Lawyering Debunked -- Sept. 20: 1.5 Ethics; 1.5 PP/LPM; 1 Skills

Session C: Overview of e-Discovery; From Lunch to Client to Improving the Way You Practice Law -- Sept. 27: 1.5 PP; 2 Skills; 0.5 Ethics

Session D: CPLR Update -- Oct. 3: 1 Ethics; 1 PP; 2 Skills
