Join NYCLA's Fashion Law Subcommittee to hear an update on the state of legal protection in the fashion industry. How to use Trademark, Copyright and Design-Patent laws against copying and counterfeiting will be discussed, along with a review of recent court decisions impacting Fashion Law and a look at what's next after the "Innovative Design Protection and Piracy Prevention Act" (IDPPA) failed to pass in the last session of Congress.
