Course Description:

Join us for a panel discussion of the hot button ethical issues attorneys must be aware of when starting their own law practices. 

 Topics to be covered include:

  • Dos and Don'ts in setting up a law office
  • Proper handling of funds
  • Billing, fees and relationships with other attorneys
  • Attorney Advertising and Solicitation
  • Initiating and terminating the Attorney-Client relationship
