Refund & General Information for MEMBERSHIP EVENTS
ONLY (the
refund policy for CLE courses can be found here)
Participants who register at least 3 business days prior to
an event will receive an email confirmation of their registration. Upon
arrival, check in at the Registration Desk. If registering at the door, the
appropriate fee must accompany your registration form.
Refunds: written notice of cancellation
must be received by NYCLA no later than 1 week prior to the start of the
program for refund of the course registration fee. A $20 processing fee
per course will be deducted from the refund for cancellations and no refunds
will be issued if a cancellation is received less than three (3) business days
prior to the event. Email dkosanovich@nycla.org
or fax cancellation to 212-267-1745. No refunds will be issued for
unattended portions of multi-part courses. For multi-part courses written
notice of cancellation must be received no later than three (3) business days
prior to the first day of the class to receive a refund, minus the processing
fee. You may transfer your registration to a colleague at no
additional cost.
Entrance and Facilities for the Disabled: for
wheelchair access, a ramp is provided. Please call at least one day in advance
to make arrangements: 212-267-6646. Special restroom facilities are located on
the 4th floor with elevator access. For the hearing impaired, an infrared
device has been installed. Please call the CLE Institute to reserve a headset.
Online Registration: save time by registering
online. All major credit cards are accepted. Be sure to input your credit
card information and e-mail address in the required fields in order to receive
an e-mail confirmation.
