Program Chair Robert Kelner, Kelner & Kelner and Co-chair Emeritus Hon. Robert Lippman (Ret.), have brought together an extraordinary faculty of judges, experienced litigators, academics and medical experts for the 37th Annual Civil Trial Practice Institute. The program will take attendees through the entire state civil trial process. You will learn ways to develop and improve trial preparation and litigation techniques within the context of personal injury and commercial cases. This program will also satisfy the first or second year NY MCLE requirements for first or second year newly admitted attorneys.
