A panel of experts discuss such important issues as what constitutes attorney work product, expert disclosure, hearsay and exceptions to hearsay, summary judgment and other recent changes to the rules. If you are a civil or criminal practitioner in the Federal Court system this program, co-sponsored by NYCLA's Federal Courts Committee is for you. Discussed are these rules: FRCP 26 - expert disclosure, FRE 502 - attorney work product, FRE 801, 804, FRCP 56, FRCP changes effective and more.
