Learn the rules for filing, perfecting and arguing an appeal in the 1st and 2nd Departments of NYS as you are guided through the civil procedure of the appellate process.

To receive CLE credit for program on DVD/CD: DVD/CDs are embedded with CLE codes that you must copy onto a supplied affirmation sheet.
