Learn from a panel of experts about the basics of estate planning in New Jersey. Starting with how to conduct the initial client meeting, discover the benefits of developing an estate plan, the key tax rules, and how to prepare the basic estate planning documents. Understand the difference between probate transactions and non-probate transactions. Attention is also paid to dealing with special situations, for example domestic partners and persons who have entered into civil unions.
