Description:
Join a panel of experts who use a series of hypotheticals to discuss how to handle ethical dilemmas encountered by intellectual property practitioners in their day-to-day practice, including: using pretexts in investigating trademark use, infringement and counterfeiting; and a medley of ethical and patent malpractice issues that arise during or from patent prosecution.

To receive CLE credit for program on DVD/CD: DVD/CDs are embedded with CLE codes that you must copy onto a supplied affirmation sheet.
