Description:
Using a series of hypotheticals, a panel consisting of a housing court judge, real estate and construction law experts and an ethicist discuss how to deal with the ethical issues that arise in real estate and construction law practice – from litigation in housing court to issues with the Attorney General regarding getting condo offering plans approved.
