Course Description:
Gain an overview of the "nuts and bolts" of representing a purchaser or seller in an estate sale. 

·         The first part of the program is designed to provide an overview of the probate process and what must be done for an estate to be ready to sell property. 

·         The second part is designed to give an overview of the general contractual issues to be on the lookout for  -- depending on whether you are representing the estate or the person(s) purchasing from the estate.
