Learn from noted authors and lecturers Carol Schiro Greenwald and Steven Skyles-Mulligan how to realign your legal practice to meet client demands by developing relationships that consistently yield profitable and rewarding work. Some of the techniques you will learn include:
- How to decipher what clients value – including client interview techniques
- How to communicate more powerfully with clients
- Understand what makes your practice tick by gathering relevant information
- Understand the key characteristics and concerns of your clients
- Understand the ethical responsibilities in building your firm including the scope of the client/lawyer relationship, diligence, communication responsibilities, fees and resolving fee disputes, confidentiality, and conflicts.
