In a world where jurors are increasingly tech savvy, how does that affect the conduct of litigators? Should an attorney investigate prospective jurors? Is it proper to conduct research on jurors during the evidentiary phase of trial? And -- what should an attorney do when confronted with a juror's inappropriate use of the internet during a trial?
During an interactive session, these and other questions will be addressed by our panel of experts. Hypotheticals will also be empliyed to illustrate potential problems and alternative solutions. Faculty:
