Join NYCLA’s Young Lawyers Section, NYCLA’s Federal Courts Committee and In-House/Outside Counsel Committee for a special evening discussing the hot button issues in e-discovery. Learn about the recent changes and decisions in New York State courts, recent amendments to NYCRR and the NY E-Discovery Pilot Program. Learn about recent developments in the federal courts as well as what’s new regarding predictive coding/technology assisted review.
