Two panels of industry leaders will discuss LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate) -- the "Scandal of the Decade" and its consequential effects. Learn about:
- the liabilities and potential recoveries of banks and investors ;
- how the rates underlying trillions in existing and future derivatives and loans may be reformed;
- ethical considerations in the wake of the scandal
