Course Description:
Join a panel of experts who will use a series of hypotheticals to discuss how to handle ethical dilemmas encountered by intellectual property practitioners in their day-to-day practice, including:

  • using pretexts in investigating trademark use, infringement and counterfeiting; and
  • a medley of ethical and patent malpractice issues that arise during or from patent prosecution
